Supply and Delivery of Heavy Equipments

1. The Local Government Unit of Calayan, through the Loan from Land Bank of the Philippines and SB Reso. No. 81 S 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Seven Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 27,300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Heavy Equipments. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
