INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HDPE PIPES FOR DATU DAVAO WATER SYSTEM

1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2025, as approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX PESOS AND 34/100 (₱235,586.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HDPE PIPES FOR DATU DAVAO WATER SYSTEM UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 25-1373. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
