Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HARDWARE FOR TRANSMISSION LINE REHAB

1. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System, Dam &Reservoir Division, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract approved by the Governing Boards for CY-2021 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Forty One Pesos and Fifty Six Centavos only (P3,494,041.56) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Hardware for Transmission Line Rehab Contract No. MARIIS-2021-DRD-COB-RAMON-RIS-G-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System, Dam &Reservoir Division now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
