1. The LGU-BACACAY, ALBAY, through the GF 2025 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN PESOS (₱922,987.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF MARKET & SLAUGHTERHOUSE, ROADS, PARKS, PLAZA & MONUMENTS (Public Bidding Number 2025-017) at Bacacay, Albay. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
