CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR DRYER

1. The Barangay government of Don Alejandro, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of Seventy Thousand pesos (P 70,000.00) From The Barangay Development Fund (SK 2025) of Barangay Don Alejandro intended for the procurement of Construction of Solar Dryer.

2. The Barangay Don Alejandro now invites bids for the “Construction of Solar Dryer”. Supply of Hardware Materials will be completed within fifteen (15) days.

3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.

4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) OF Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
