1. The Local Government Unit of Tinambac, through Municipal Development Fund (20% MDF) - F/Y 2025 intends to apply the total sum of Three Hundred Sixty Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty (₱366,150.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Hardware Materials for the Concreting of Local Access Road at Bgy. San Jose, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC in any of the projects shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
