SUPPLY AND DELIVERY of hardware materials for the Completion of Municipal Toilet at Siay Municipal Hall Building, Dacanay, Siay, ZSP (Capital Outlay 2025)

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siay invites bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of hardware materials for the Completion of Municipal Toilet at Siay Municipal Hall Building, Dacanay, Siay, ZSP (Capital Outlay 2025).

2. The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Three Hundred Eight Pesos and 44/100 centavos only (Php 395,308.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement.
