INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES FOR HINABANGAN WATER SUPPLY MAINTENANCE

1. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan, through the GENERAL FUND-MOOE-Municipal Engineering Office- Hinabangan Water Supply System CY 2025 as per Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY TWO PESOS ONLY (PhP999,792.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES FOR HINABANGAN WATER SUPPLY MAINTENANCE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project which includes the following to wit;
