SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS

1. The Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE PESOS (P201,223.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur, now invites Bids from eligible bidders for the SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS. Delivery of the GOODS is required within fifteen (7) calendar days. The description of an eligible Bidders is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
