The Local Government Unit of Barangay San Miguel, through its 20% Barangay Development Fund 2025, will undertake a Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement for the “Supply and Delivery of Hardware and Construction Supplies” in accordance with Section 53.9 of the implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
