Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

The Samar State University (SSU), through its Bids and Awards Committee, shall undertake Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement of the following items not available in the DBM-PS price list in accordance with Rule IV Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act. No. 12009 for the Supply and Delivery of Hall Decoration and Candles, etc. (Please see attached specification) with an Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) amounting to Php. 225,000.00.
