1) The Municipality of Bacnotan, through the GAD and General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of one million one hundred seventy-three thousand five hundred eighty-two pesos only (Php 1,173,582.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of grocery items for various programs and activities of Municipal Agriculture Office, Municipal Nutrition Action Office and Municipal Health Office, Bacnotan, La Union. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
