SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GROCERY ITEMS FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM
1. The Local Government Unit of Padre Burgos, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 1,680,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply And Delivery Of Grocery Items for Supplemental Feeding Program received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Government Unit of Padre Burgos now invites bids for Supply And Delivery Of Grocery Items for Supplemental Feeding Program. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty calendar (30) days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
