The COTABATO FOUNDATION COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos & 96/100 Only (P 1,192,662.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GROCERY ITEMS FOR THE GOVERNMENT WARDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
