The COTABATO FOUNDATION COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Twenty-Three Pesos and Twenty-Nine Centavos Only (P 972,023.29) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) topayments under the contract for the FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GROCERY ITEMS FOR THE GOVERNMENT WARDS (1st QUARTER 2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
