Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GROCERY FOOD PACKS
NO. PAR G-2025-13

1) The Local Government Unit of Paranas, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 8,100,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Grocery Food Packs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.

2) The Local Government Unit of Paranas now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Grocery Food Packs using Single lot procurement of complete Grocery Food Packs, to be delivered as a unit. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
