Product Requirements:
1. Available Chlorine Content:
• Minimum of 70% available chlorine, certified by a test result from PIPAC/DOST (Philippines Institute for Pure and Applied Chemistry / Department of Science and Technology)
2. Packaging:
• Product must be packed in plastic drums with seal
• Average net weight: 40-45 kg per drum
3. Safety and Product Documentation:
• Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must be submitted with the bid
• Technical Data Sheet (TDS), if available, is also preferred
4. Certifications:
• The manufacturer of the offered brand must be ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certified
• Valid certificates must be submitted as part of the bid
5. Certificate of Origin:
• A Certificate of Origin must be submitted
