INVITATION TO BID FOR

Supply and Delivery of Goods for the Purchase of Hygiene and Dignity Kits

1. The Local Government Unit of Abra de Ilog, Occ. Mindoro, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (P 498,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Goods for the Purchase of Hygiene and Dignity Kits Goods # 31-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Abra de Ilog, Occ. Mindoro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
