Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of goods for Operation Center and Evacuation Center
1. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa, through the MOOE 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php132,000-Lot 1; Php46,800.00-Lot2; Php120,000-Lot 3 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of goods for Operation Center and Evacuation center/ identification number 2025-08-103. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 25 calendar days for Lot 1 and 2, and 60 calendar days for lot 3 from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
