Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Office (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2025 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Goat in Support to QRF of the Livestock Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Goat in Support to QRF of the Livestock Program. Supply and delivery of the Goods shall begin upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed and the required completion is stated in the Section VI. Schedule of Delivery. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
