1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the Trust Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Pesos (Php999,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Giant Kayabang Strawberry Cake. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
