1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and Thirteen Centavos( Php 7,906,439.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GENERATOR SET FOR THE ELECTRICAL EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM OF THE SANTIAGO CITY PRIMARY CARE AND HEALTH RECOVERY FACILITY with ITB NO. 08-25-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
