Description : 1. The BLGU-Masagaosao, through the BLGU Funds intends to negotiate, as authorized by the Head of the Procuring Entity, the Supply and Delivery of Generator Set with thirty (30) days period of delivery from receipt of notice to proceed, with an Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and 44/100 Only (P226,574.44).

2. The procurement of the project will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings, an Alternative Method of Procurement, in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of New Government Procurement Act of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
