Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA through the FY2024 Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-One Pesos (Php2,675,361.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of garlic planting materials for garlic expansion and off-season trial in Oriental and Occidental Mindoro under the High Value Crops Development Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement with the following items as follows:
