Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:

INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GARLIC BULB FOR DISTRIBUTION TO THE GARLIC GROWERS COOPERATIVES AND ASSOCIATIONS IN THE PROVINCES OF BATAAN AND NUEVA ECIJA UNDER THE REGULAR FY 2026 HVCDP EXPANSION PROGRAM

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum; FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 4,800,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2025-10-0022 (2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is in June 2026 upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
