1) The Ministry of the Interior and Local Government-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, through the General Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro 2025 intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Eight Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (Php 68,985,900.00) for the contract corresponding to each lot/item, and the name/identification/number of contract for each lot/item being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item, to wit:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
