TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Php ___699,000.00_______
• Price quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
• Price quotation should be inclusive of 5% VAT and 1% EWT.
• Price quotation shall be valid within ten (10) calendar days from the submission of RFQ.
• Delivery period is within three (3) calendar days from receipt of Notice of Award.
• Processing of payment shall be made within five (5) working days after complete delivery and
final acceptance of the items.
• This RFQ will be collected on or before March 19, 2025
