• The Supplier must issue a duly Notarized Certification from the Manufacturers that they are authorized reseller/dealer/distributor of the specified toner cartridge.
• The specified toner cartridge should be branded and brand new and should be guaranteed as genuine product from the manufacturer.
• The specified toner cartridge shall be randomly tested during the Post-Qualification prior to the inspection and acceptance.
