January 31, 2025

1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (P 670,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Fuel for the use of Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) Office. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.

2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
