INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL AND OIL FOR ROAD OPENING-FARM TO MARKET ROAD (SEGMENT I & II)

1. The Local Government Unit of Matanao has allocated the amount of Two Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 2,350,000.00) from 20% LGDF Fund for Road Opening-Farm to Market Road (Segment I: Sitio AT-DAAN-NAMA, Brgy. Donganpekong, Matanao, Davao del Sur & Segment II: Datu Dumalao ALTUT TUNA, Brgy. Colonsabac, Matanao, Davao del Sur). The BAC utilizes the amount of One Million Five Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos & 00/100 (Php 1,592,900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the procurement of Fuel and Oil for the above cited project under Project I.D. No. 48-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
