INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR RIVER DEEPENING/DESILTATION AS FLOOD CONTROL CLUSTER PROJECT

1. The Municipality of Kitcharao, through the 5% MDRRM Fund CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (PHP 1,000,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Fuel for River Deepening/ Desiltation as Flood Control Cluster Project with an identification number of 17-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Kitcharao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders), and the items to be delivered are as follows:
