1. The Provincial Government of Dinagat Islands, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (Php 1,402,675.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for [Supply and Delivery of Fuel, Oil & Lubricants (for land Development and Establishment of Multi-Species Marine Hatchery, Rosita, Libjo, PDI); GOODS 2025-05 (PB)]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
