The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUIUAN through the General Fund-MOOE intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos Only (Php 3,121,755.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL, OIL, AND LUBRICANTS FOR THE USE OF THE VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT & SEA TRANSPORTATION OWNED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH 2025, 2025-01-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
