INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR MDRRMO EMERGENCY VEHICLES
1. The Local Government Unit of Matanao has allocated the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00) from MDRRM Fund for the Supply and delivery of Fuel for MDRRMO Emergency Vehicles. The BAC utilizes the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the procurement of Fuel for the above cited project under Project I.D. No. 33-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Matanao now invites bids from eligible suppliers for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required twenty (20) calendar days upon effectivity of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
