Description : 1.The City Government of Sipalay, through the 2025 Budget Appropriation intends to apply the amount of P 3,763,340.00 only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Fuel to be used on Heavy and Light Vehicle of Sipalay City, Negros Occidental (CGS-2025-G025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The City Government of Sipalay now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Fuel to be used on Heavy and Light Vehicle of Sipalay City, Negros Occidental (CGS-2025-G025). Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
