Description : In compliance with GPPB Resolution No. 07-2022, DepEd through Schools Division Offices (SDOs) shall directly procure fresh eggs, mongo beans, etc. from local dairy farmers/cooperatives through Negotiated Procurement-Community Participation (NP-CP).

Based from the Regional Memorandum No.293 s.2025 dated February 24,2025, First Advisory for the Implementation of SBFP FY 2025 with revised breakdown of funds and NFP and MILK Technical Specifications for SY 2025-2026.
The advisory provides updated instructions for the implementation of SBFP FY 2025. REVISED NUMBER OF FEEDING DAYS, 120 feeding days for Hot Meals/NFP and 15 days for MILK component.
