Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Five Million Pesos (Php65,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of four-wheel drive tractor with implements for distribution to farmer beneficiaries in MIMAROPA region. Bids received in excess of the ABC of each lot/item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement with the following items as follows:
