Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR (424) HEADS UPGRADED BREEDER DOE

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP6,360,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR (424) HEADS UPGRADED BREEDER DOE with project identification number DA-RFO-1-2025-GOODS-084. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO 1 now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project with the following details and minimum specifications, to wit:
