Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (465) UNITS COLLAPSIBLE DRYER CASE

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP19,995,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (465) UNITS COLLAPSIBLE DRYER CASE with project identification number DA-RFO-1-2025-GOODS-073. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO 1 now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project with the following details and minimum specifications, to wit:
