Description : The Pasay City Government - Office of the City Treasurer, through its Bids and Awards Committee, and in accordance with the provisions of RA12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Two Pesos (Php 224,832.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the project: “Supply and delivery of Four (4) units AIRCON, 2.5HP, window-type, inverter for the use of the Pasay City Treasurer-s Office” chargeable against the General Fund CY2025.
The Pasay City Government BAC now requests the quotation for the project: Supply and delivery of Four (4) units AIRCON, 2.5HP, window-type, inverter for the use of the Pasay City Treasurer-s Office. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of price quotations.
