1. The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Local Council for the Protection of Children (9997) Annual Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php299,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Forty Five (45) units Refrigerator (Bar Fridge) for the use of Forty (40) Barangays for Storage of their Vaccine Allocation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
