INVITATION TO BID FOR the Supply and Delivery Foodstuff for PHO-Calbayog District Hospital

1) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through the 2026 Annual Fund- Early Procurement Activity intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS (P5,621,300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of Foodstuff for PHO-Calbayog District Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Foodstuff for PHO-Calbayog District Hospital using the Green Purchasing or Sustainable Procurement. Delivery of the item is required as stated under PR-s Terms and Conditions. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
