Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR School-based Feeding Program (SBFP) Implementation - Regular Component SY 2025-2026 (Hot Meals and Milk) for Bataraza Central School.
1. The Bataraza Central School, through the FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of P 1,027,037.00.
being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
3. The Bataraza Central School now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 7 calendar days.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
