1) All entries must be typewritten or written legibly in permanent ink and place in a sealed envelope.
2) Any interlineations, erasures, or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by you or any of your duly
authorized representative.
3) Delivery period within 30 days working upon receipt of the approved P.O.
4) Warranty shall be for a period of six (6) months for supplies and materials, 1 year for equipment from
date of accepatance by the procuring entity.
5) Price validity shall be for a period of 120 calendar days, from the deadline for submission of quotations.
6.) Indicate the brand name of your offer. Attach Brochure/picture showing complete specification/certifications
of the product being offered.
7.) The supplier shall reimburse PLGU Kalinga in case of overpricing.
