Description : INVITATION TO RE- BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD SUPPLIES FOR CLIENTS (PERISHABLE) FOR CY 2026

1. The DOH-TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION CENTER REGION 02, using a SINGLE YEAR for a duration of ONE (1) YEAR Framework Agreement, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT PESOS AND 66/100 (PHP 2,674,348.66) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD FOR CLIENTS (PERISHABLE) FOR CY 2026 - RE-BID with IB No. 2025-01-12-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH-TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION CENTER REGION 02 now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD FOR CLIENTS (PERISHABLE) FOR CY 2026 - RE-BID. Delivery of the Goods is required within January to December 2026 after issuance of a Call-Off.
