Sealed bids submitted after 9:30 AM on August 19, 2025 shall not be accepted.
Submit your quotation duly signed by you or your duly representative and copies of eligibility requirements (Business permits, Tax Clearance and other eligibility documents) not later than date for deadline/closing for submission in the RFQ posted at PhilGEPS website or 3 conspicuous places in the Municipality.
Quotation form may be obtained from Mrs. Milca Jures Rodriguez of the Procurement Office.
The LGU reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations offer, to waive any defect and in formalities found therein and to accept only such bids/quotations that are advantageous to the agency.
