BIDDING FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD STUFF FOR THE DIFFERENT PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ASTURIAS, CEBU FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025 (SUBJECT TO FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)

1. The Local Government Unit of Asturias, Cebu, using a Framework Agreement through the General Fund of the 2025 Annual Budget bearing the Resolution No. 2024-527 and Appropriation Ordinance No.08 s.2024, intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Eight Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Eighty Pesos and 00/100 only (P11,877,080.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and delivery of food stuff for the different programs, projects and activities of the local government unit of Asturias, Cebu for calendar year 2025 (Subject to Framework Agreement).

Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
