1. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the Trust Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 2,700,000.00) inclusive of VAT being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Food Items for the Implementation of 15th Cycle Supplementary Feeding Program, Cabarroguis, Quirino with identification number LGUCQ-GOODS-2025-0006 with the following specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
