1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office X (DSWD FO X), through the Short of Award - National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Ten Pesos Only (₱5,952,210.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
