    Description : The MUNICIPAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF DUPAX DEL SUR, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites all interested bidders/suppliers, to quote their lowest price on the project stated below, subject to the Terms of Reference (TOR) and submit the same duly signed by their authorized representative not later than 11:00 AM on September 1, 2025, at the Procurement Office 2ND NEW LGU BUILDING. Opening of sealed bids will be at 1:30 PM on the same day at, MUNICIPAL COMPOUND, DUPAX DEL SUR, NUEVA VIZCAYA.

    Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
    The prescribed Request for Quotation Form may be acquired by interested Bidders at the Procurement/BAC Office upon payment of the applicable fee (Php 500.00) for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB.
